Build Experience

Built on the excellent RX-78-2 Ver.2.0 inner frame, this kit offers a familiar Master Grade building experience with the added satisfaction of fitting the removable Full Armor equipment. The armour adds visual impact without making the build significantly more complex, although attaching some armour sections requires patience.

The community generally regards the FA-78-1 as an enjoyable Master Grade that benefits greatly from the excellent RX-78-2 Ver. 2.0 frame. While the adhesive mounting method for parts of the armour is its biggest criticism, builders still praise its articulation, classic styling and satisfying transformation from the standard Gundam into its heavily armoured form.
